The Statler is a gorgeous community. Abby and Jasmine are extremely helpful–very kind and knowledgeable. They provide top notch customer service and go above and beyond to meet resident's needs. You don't need a gym membership, because the fitness center has plenty of equipment and complimentary pre-workout protein!

As a local realtor it's my job to know the quality of service the companies I recommend deliver. When I toured the Statler apartments, I was greeted by a friendly face and an amazing staff. Abby and Jasmine, recommended I tour the facility, and I was so impressed by the cleanliness, the elegance, and the absolute serenity of the whole environment. It felt as if I was walking into a 5-star luxury hotel. I honestly did not want to leave. Abby answered all my questions and showed me the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit. Wow!!! Absolutely wonderful leasing experience! Abby, Jasmine, Karen, and Chris have all been wonderful to work with–from customer service, property tour, billing explanation, and maintenance–I know I’m in good hands with this team. Love the beautiful accommodations and amenities! Everything is beautifully curated to fit a lovely modern, chic vibe, and the property is practically pristine! Highly recommend.

The Statler in Surprise is the #1 place to go if you’re looking for a place to live. The amenities are awesome and the gym is huge! It also has a dog park for my little puppy. Abby gave me a tour and explained everything to the tee! Kudos to her! I left the place without any questions, because they were all answered. She even introduced me to her manager Karen, and she was very nice and welcoming! 100% would recommend to everyone!!
